Chia Pudding Breakfast In a Jar

Ingredients

  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Pour yogurt, milk, sugar, and vanilla in jar.
  • Add chia seeds.
  • Cap and shake to mix.
  • Add frozen fruit.
  • Cap and put in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, shake it up and enjoy.
